The ODAWGS DIESEL S2R intake manifold is designed to improve airflow and performance on 2004.5–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke engines. Featuring a fully cast, ported design, it delivers 46% increased airflow, more balanced air distribution between cylinders, faster turbo spool-up, and claimed EGT reductions of 150–250°F. Fitment & Installation:

Direct fit for 2004.5–2007 6.0L Power Stroke engines with the required square-style EGR cooler and matching up-pipes.

2003–early 2004 models require conversion to the later-style EGR cooler, up-pipes, fuel bowl/oil filter housing, fuel supply line, banjo bolt, and copper washers.

The original round-style EGR cooler and up-pipe are incompatible with this manifold.
